Refund Policy
If a defective product is returned, we commit to taking it back and replacing it with an equivalent item. In the absence of an equivalent product, we will refund the amount paid for the product. Products purchased on the website www.laptoptienda.es can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
What you need to know when returning a product:
1.You must retain and provide the invoice confirming the purchase of the product when returning it.
2.The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all parts and accessories that were included in the set (cables, adapters, etc.).
3.The product must be in good condition, without any mechanical or visible damage, free from signs of use, clean, functional, and retain its original appearance. Please ensure the product is clean (free from dust, food residue, or personal data in the device's memory).
Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract:
• The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
• The withdrawal period begins from the date of receipt of the product (or the last product, if the order consists of multiple items).

The notice must be sent before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
1.In case of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice.
2.You are obligated to return the product within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
3.You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if this is due to actions exceeding the scope of normal inspection of the product.
If a gift was provided with the product, it must also be returned.
Exceptions:
The right to withdraw does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for sanitary or hygienic reasons.
