Delivery Policy
Parcels within Spain are delivered within 2-3 business days. For deliveries Outside Spain, please contact us via email at mail@laptoptienda.es.

Delivery Times
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) from the date of receipt of payment for the products, unless a different delivery time is specified in the order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change delivery times for valid reasons, notifying the Buyer via the email address provided. Delivery is carried out throughout Spain. On the delivery day, the courier will contact the recipient by phone to arrange the exact time for handing over the parcel. -
Inspection of Parcel Condition
Upon delivery, the Buyer or a person acting on their behalf is required to inspect the condition of the parcel together with the representative of the transport company or the Seller. In the event of any damage, it must be recorded in the document confirming receipt of the parcel. If the Buyer or a person acting on their behalf accepts the parcel and signs the document without remarks, it is considered that the delivered parcel has no defects. -
Transfer of Goods
Once the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, they are deemed to have been handed over to the Buyer, regardless of whether they were received by the Buyer personally or another person who provided the order number. If the goods were not delivered on the scheduled delivery date, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than the next day after the planned delivery date, notify the Seller of this.
