Terms of Service

These Electronic Commerce Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are an integral and binding part of the purchase agreement entered into between the online store www.laptoptienda.es (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the client of www.laptoptienda.es (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). These Rules inform you about the terms and conditions for purchasing and selling goods in the online store and establish the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer related to the purchase process.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The following individuals are entitled to use the online store’s services: 1.1. Competent natural persons aged 18 and older; 1.2. Minors aged 15 to 18 with the consent of parents, adoptive parents, or guardians, except in cases where the minor independently manages their own earnings or scholarship; 1.3. Legal entities;4. Authorized representatives of the aforementioned persons.
  2. To use the services of the online store, the Buyer must choose one of the following options: 2.1. Purchase with registration;2. Purchase without registration.
  3. The Buyer's personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email), provided during registration, are processed and stored in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data  January 21, 2003, No. IX-1296, and the Privacy Policy outlined in Appendix 1 to these Rules.
  4. The prices of goods listed in the online store catalog are valid only for purchases made through the online store. Prices are inclusive of VAT. The delivery cost is not included in the price and is specified separately during the order placement. The total delivery cost is indicated to the Buyer before the order confirmation and is highlighted in the order confirmation itself.
  5. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer, having selected the items, specified the delivery address, chosen the payment method, and agreed to these Rules (by clicking the "I Agree to the Rules" button), clicks the "Save" button. The electronic agreement is stored in the online store system and may be provided to the Buyer in electronic form.
  6. The Buyer is notified of the conclusion of the purchase agreement via the email address provided in the order.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

  1. The Buyer has the right to select and order any product from the online store catalog.
  2. By using the services of the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules of the Purchase Agreement and undertakes to comply with them.
  3. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information during registration. If the Buyer’s information changes, they are required to notify the Seller. Otherwise, the Buyer assumes the risk of losses resulting from inaccurate information.
  4. It is prohibited for the same person to register and use the online store services under different names.
  5. The Buyer undertakes not to share their registration details with third parties. In the event of data loss, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller at info@laptoptienda.es. The Seller is not responsible for actions performed by third parties using the Buyer’s data prior to such notification.
  6. The Buyer is required to be present at the specified location at the agreed time and to accept the ordered goods.
  7. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed using the online store services.
  8. The Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and the legislation .

 

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

  1. The Seller undertakes to accept returned goods in accordance with these Rules and the Return Policy.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if payment is not received within 5 business days.
  3. The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer to clarify order details. The delivery period begins once contact is established. The Seller may cancel the order if: 17.1. The Buyer cannot be reached within 2 business days; 17.2. The Buyer fails to provide the required information within the specified time; 17.3. The Buyer does not agree to verify their personal data.
  4. If the information provided by the Buyer is inaccurate, the Seller has the right to delete the Buyer’s account or restrict access to the online store services.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Buyer’s registration if illegal activities or actions detrimental to the online store's operations are identified.
  6. In the event that the delivery of goods is impossible, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar product or refund the payment within 14 business days.
  7. The Seller is not responsible for actions by third parties using the Buyer’s banking system to perform transactions.
  8. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with all opportunities to use the online store’s services.
  9. The Seller is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the Buyer.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

  1. Payment can be made using the following methods: 24.1. Online banking ;
    2. Bank transfer; 24.3. By card or cash upon collection at the warehouse.
